Refund Policy

At LovelyCorners we take great care to ensure the quality and craftsmanship of our products. As a result, we currently do not accept returns unless the product is found to be damaged upon delivery.


Terms for Return:

  1. Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during transit or upon receipt.
  2. Notification Period: Customers must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  3. Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  4. Proof of Damage: Customers are required to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
How to Initiate a Return:
  1. Email us at info@lovelycorners.com with your order details and photos of the damaged product.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will guide you through the return process or arrange for a replacement.
 
Note:
  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind or dislike of the color, texture, or design.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the product shows signs of use or if the claim is made after the notification period.
